HCD Greater China, consisting of Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan is run by Ting Ting Lin, Sandy Oetterli and Tamara Hofman, who together bring a unique and cultural perspective from their experience in the development of people and organizations across the region. We believe that human talent is the ultimate capital – the stuff from which all great ideas and actions flow. Our aim is to help customers harness talent effectively – and strategically – through learning events, organizational design and coaching.
HCD Greater China offers a wide range of learning and development solutions.
We design and facilitate programs with the objective to provide learning experiences that have relevance and impact in the “real lives” of learners. The program provides a ”time out” for reflection, a structure for organizing and examining the world around us and identifying what is working and what might have to be changed. We can facilitate existing programs or design a program based on the needs of the organization. Our programs are often related to change, team effectiveness and the development of leadership, talent or organization.

We provide solutions with the objective to build and design an effective organization which engages and develops its people and creates sustainable success. The insights we provide in the organizations system interfaces, the underlying values and the effectiveness of the communication give direction for improvement. We design, develop and run customized solution-based programs which include organizational alignment to strategies, processes and programs designed to enhance the voice of leadership at all levels within the organizational system. The areas that we advise on are strategy development, organizational design, change processes, succession planning and talent development.

For individuals we use coaching to unleash their full potential; technical professionals, corporate leaders, incumbent as well as future corporate and industry leaders. The objective of coaching is to challenge our clients to try new ways of thinking, speaking, listening and acting. We support the courage and energy needed to observe from a different perspective. We use our strong resources in coaching knowledge to design programs that meet the unique needs of each individual client. Areas that are often dealt with are executive coaching, personal effectiveness and work-life balance.

Ting Ting, Sandy and Tamara combine extensive experience within fortune 500 multinationals and a high multicultural sensitivity. They share their passion to create a meaningful and insightful learning process while enjoying it along the way.
