Facilitator

Deena is a trainer/consultant whose experience and expertise lies in improving performance and relationships in the globalized, borderless world.

She is also qualified to design and develop human capital development infrastructures that sustain long-term availability and development of vital talent.

Before venturing out on her own, Deena held positions of increasing responsibility with Unilever PLC, a global leader in FMCG. Here is where she expanded her training wings – working with Unilever as a whole and helping to facilitate change development in its largest company, Unilever’s Supply Chain Company to working with smaller more complex global companies such as Lipton.

In Unilever she established Unilever Foods’ first Coaching network, with responsibility as lead coach and management of more than 20 coaches. She also held strategic responsibility for sourcing and developing managerial talent for local (UK) and global deployment.

Deena also is a resource for a global training company delivering their courses to large global enterprises – 50% of which are Fortune 100 companies.

Deena attended CAL State University, Dominguez Hills, USA where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting. She is a Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the British Psychological Society, Level B Intermediate. Her other qualifications include: MBTI, FIRO B, 15FQ+, 16PF, JTI and Work Style Analyzer Practitioner; a Certified NLP Practitioner and member of IoD, Association for Coaching, EMCC, ACPI. She is currently obtaining a Coaching Diploma from The Coaching Academy..
