Michelle Ong utilizes her 12 years of corporate experience to train and coach managers in leadership development, performance management, organizational communications, client management, project management, presentation and interpersonal skills and coaching. Her clients were located throughout Asia, Australia and North America and her work focused on positively impacting bottomline results, the high quality delivery standards and processes within the organization and achieving corporate objectives.

Prior to entering the field of organizational development, Michelle had worked twelve years in the top ten global advertising/marketing communications agencies under WPP, Publicis and Omnicom group of agencies such as Wunderman Cato Johnson, Young & Rubicam, Leo Burnett/Arc Worldwide, Bates/CCG.XM and Tequila. She worked on some Fortune 500 global brands in the telecommunications, aviation, mobile technology, financial, computing technology, learning and education industries and government agencies. She spearheaded business development initiatives, multiple strategic marketing communications strategies and numerous pitches were won under her leadership. She then progressed to management roles which involved the development of talent within organization, the identification of development needs of talents, successfully training teams and coaching talents to accomplish a variety of company goals. Michelle's coaching experience comes from years coaching Leadership Programs for a training organization on a volunteer basis.

Michelle graduated with a Business degree in Marketing and Communications with Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. She also holds a diploma and obtained a merit award for Internet Marketing with University of British Columbia, Canada. Michelle is a certified BlessingWhite facilitator for its management program for professionals, Leading Technical Professionals. Michelle has experience in Integral Coaching, based on Ken Wilbur’s extensive developmental work on coaching models and other individually-designed coaching models.

Michelle was recognized early in her career for her unique ability to establish rapport and trust with people in a very short time. A natural in creating relationships fairly quickly, Michelle uses her skills to create opportunities in strategic business partnerships and to establish organization standards. Exposure to the multiple industries she has worked in allows her to gain perspective and relate to a variety of people, challenges and opportunities. Michelle values opportunities to participate in any training and development program. She is committed and passionate about supporting teams and helping individuals grow, develop and succeed. She shares her passion, knowledge and experiences to make the journey of learning enjoyable and inspiring.
