Ching’s facilitation and training are mainly brought to bear on technical enterprises. Her value lies in versatility and depth.

In addition to her ability to deliver training for functional skills in the areas of technical support, product and program management, sales, marketing and workforce development, Ching comes to her own in the design and delivery of comprehensive learning solutions in Coaching and Leadership Excellence.

Ching designs and delivers specific functional training solutions for middle management through to executive organizational levels. Some of the companies she has worked with are Hewlett-Packard Far East; Petronas, Sony, Sony-Ericsson and Aditya Birla Group.

Ching attended the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. She is also a Master Practitioner in neuro-linguistic programming.
